Connect To Support

Once you have booked in your support with Remote Computer Repairs, please follow the instructions below to start your remote support session. 

  1. Click HERE or go to
  2. Click one of the available representatives names, i.e. Louise.
  3. A file will automatically download. (Click Keep in the lower left corner of this window if you are prompted to Keep or Discard. If not, skip this step.)
  4. Click on the file you downloaded in the lower left corner of this window. If you don’t see a downloaded file, click here.
  5. In File Explorer (Windows) / Finder (Mac), double-click the application icon to start the support session. (Your session may start without this step.) Remember not to close any browser windows until your session has started.
