Once you have booked in your support with Remote Computer Repairs, please follow the instructions below to start your remote support session.
- Click HERE or go to https://rcr.bomgar.com
- Click one of the available representatives names, i.e. Louise.
- A file will automatically download. (Click Keep in the lower left corner of this window if you are prompted to Keep or Discard. If not, skip this step.)
- Click on the file you downloaded in the lower left corner of this window. If you don’t see a downloaded file, click here.
- In File Explorer (Windows) / Finder (Mac), double-click the application icon to start the support session. (Your session may start without this step.) Remember not to close any browser windows until your session has started.
