For my £69.99 to Remote Computer Repairs staff worked for almost 22 hours and got everything ship-shape again. Everyone who chatted online or who called me to get me to restart my computer at times was charming and friendly. I am so glad I discovered you! Excellent service; no more callout charges for me, now I can sit at my desk and watch my computer being fixed from 20miles away at a little more than what a callout charge alone would be. It’s amazing to actually see the IT engineer opening and closing things on my computer I didn’t even know existed. Hello, my laptop was very slow (slowest they had ever seen) I didn't want to go around my town looking for a computer repair shop so I looked online, find Remote Computer repairs, paid £50, they were really nice and proffessional, and fixed my computer for my and now it runs extremely fast and I got free anti-virus! The service was a total godsend, as there were severe difficulties due to a Spybot Trojan horse virus which was crippling. Remote Computer repairs dealt thoroughly with matters, and then undertook work to a separate location. "I use Remote Computer Repairs because they are able to solve any computer problems remotely, quickly and efficiently enabling me to work with hardly any disruption at all.
I probably use it around once a month – little things really, from checking to see if it is safe or necessary to accept certain downloads to asking for help because of a specific problem that means something isn’t running correctly. They just sort things out – it’s brilliant!
It’s also very simple to set up. An icon was placed on my screen and I just double click it, a box opens and I type in my question or problem and report the fault. The response is almost always instant.
The main thing is the amount of time it saves me. If my computer stops it means I am unable to work so it is really important for me to be up and running again as quickly as possible.

Sometimes I use the service every week, and then I don’t require it for a while but its nice knowing its there when you need it.

The best thing about the remote support service is that you get instant help from a qualified computer technician.
They are so helpful, it’s not a case of just solving your problem and moving onto the next customer.
I had an instance recently whereby I’d moved to Vista from XP and found I couldn’t print anything off the web. I put in a support request and the problem was quickly resolved.
However, the best thing was that I could see on screen what they did to resolve the problem and they explained to me why it was happening. This means if the problem ever happens again, I can quickly rectify the problem myself because I’ve seen how it’s done.
Living in Epsom, Surrey I’m a long way from the support centre where Remote Computer Repairs are based, but distance is completely irrelevant which is why their service is so good.
They’ve helped me with a number of problems – even down to helping me with audio and video settings, following installation of new software.

"Before using the Remote Computer Repairs service I would either have to call someone for technical support or take my computer to a repair shop.
I’m not technically minded but the service was explained to me in such simple terms, it sounded really good. Not just how it worked but the price too – and the fact that they serviced my computer as well.
What I like the most about it is the instantaneous response. To give you an example, I put in a support request the other morning and the problem was resolved so quickly that I didn’t even move from my seat. I put in the request, received help and was back on my computer literally in a couple of minutes. The problem turned out to be something I’d done wrong – but they don’t seem to mind what it is or how it happened.
To have unplugged the computer, put it in my car and driven it to a repair shop would have been a huge problem for me – particularly as it could be fixed so quickly online.
I’m not a frequent user, but is really reassuring to know its there. I had 2 trojans on my computer recently. I wouldn’t have a clue what to do with them and so I logged a support request and they were removed straight away."
