Remote Computer Repairs | Cancellation Policy

Annual subscriptions continue to be billed for a minimum period of 12 months, and may be cancelled at any time after the initial 12 months without incurring any penalties. Annual subscriptions cancelled during the first 12 months will be liable to the remaining cost of the first 12 months of the subscription. Subscriptions may be cancelled by contacting Remote Computer Repairs in writing stating your name, email address, and optionally your reason for cancellation. Under some circumstances the subscription may be cancelled by email, although this will only be the case if your email request is acknowledged and accepted by Remote Computer Repairs staff.
