Please find our simple terms and conditions detailed below, and do not hesitate to contact us in case of any query. When you place an order with us we will treat each order for services as an offer by you to purchase the service requested subject to these terms and conditions.

Order Process

Any order is subject to acceptance by REMOTE COMPUTER REPAIRS LIMITED. Once the order has been accepted by telephone or email confirmation, the contract is binding once payment has been received by REMOTE COMPUTER REPAIRS LIMITED. If an order is placed and we are unable to carry out the requested service, you may cancel your order at any time and receive a full refund. If we inform you that we are unable to accept your order then we will arrange a full refund if payment has been received.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are in UK £ sterling. Payment can be made by any major credit/debit cards via our PayPal secure server. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay.


Refunds will not be issued for instant repairs and services if one of our technicians has already carried out work on your machine.

Annual subscriptions continue to be billed for a minimum period of 12 months, and may be cancelled at any time after the initial 12 months without incurring any penalties. Annual subscriptions cancelled during the first 12 months will be liable to the remaining cost of the first 12 months of the subscription. Subscriptions may be cancelled by contacting REMOTE COMPUTER REPAIRS LIMITED in writing stating your name, email address, and optionally your reason for cancellation. Under some circumstances the subscription may be cancelled by email, although this will only be the case if your email request is acknowledged and accepted by REMOTE COMPUTER REPAIRS LIMITED staff.

Printing & Pricing Errors

In the event a product is listed at a wrong price due to a typographical (human) error or incorrect pricing information, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed prior to a payment being taken and a contract being formed. In the event of a cancellation or refusal of any order we will arrange an immediate and full refund if payment has been taken.


When you shop with us via our web site, all your financial transactions are entirely secure. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Protecting Your Security

You agree that we may use Personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti fraud checks. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.
